Venning Dining Table

Another designer came to me at Art Market 2014 with the description of a large dining table with inset wagon wheels and asked me if I could do it. I said with a sketch, I might be able to work something out. My neighbor is a blacksmith with all kinds of scrap steel in his yard. It just so happened that he had 2 antique tractor wheels that make up the base and 2 smaller antique wheels that make up the Lazy Susan. Thanks to Christian Doppler at Fancy Forge for all the steel work done on this magnificent table. It's 10' long, 4' wide and each base weighs about 125 pounds!
